2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• Participants are liable for damages caused by misuse of equipment or vehicles.

3.3 Alcohol & Drugs

• The use of alcohol or drugs before or during the tour is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.

4.1 Assumption of Risk

• Off-road tours involve inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle accidents, injuries, and property damage. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold [название компании], its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages.
